Menopause Health Coach Supporting Women Through Perimenopause, Menopause, and Post menopause

My journey into menopause health coaching began with my own unexpected experience navigating early menopause.

At just 37 years old, I received a brief voicemail from my doctor telling me I was entering menopause. There was little explanation, no guidance, and very few resources available to help me understand what was happening to my body. I was left feeling confused, unsupported, and uncertain about what the future would look like.

Like many women navigating perimenopause and menopause symptoms, I began searching for answers. I tried birth control, supplements, and lifestyle changes hoping to find relief from symptoms such as hot flashes, sleep disruption, hormone imbalance, and weight fluctuations. Some strategies helped temporarily, but many left me frustrated and still searching for sustainable solutions.

Later in life, a serious health crisis forced me to stop all hormonal treatments entirely. Suddenly, I was facing intense menopause symptoms — including severe hot flashes, insomnia, fatigue, and metabolic changes — without the support or tools I needed. The experience opened my eyes to how many women struggle silently through this stage of life.

Instead of giving up, I became determined to understand how to support my body through holistic health, lifestyle changes, and evidence-based wellness strategies. Through years of trial, learning, and personal growth, I discovered that managing menopause requires more than quick fixes. It requires education, accountability, compassion, and a personalized plan that supports the whole woman - physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.

That journey led me to my purpose.

Today, at 55, I am a National Board-Certified Health & Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC) and the founder of Sueport Health Coaching, where I help women confidently navigate perimenopause, menopause, and post menopause.

My mission is to help women:

• Understand the changes happening in their bodies
• Improve energy, sleep, and metabolic health
• Build sustainable nutrition and movement habits
• Reduce menopause symptoms naturally
• Feel strong, confident, and in control again
