Hello, my name is Sue....
My Menopause Journey: From Personal Struggle to Empowering Others
At 37, I was told through a brief voicemail that I was entering menopause. With little guidance and overwhelming symptoms, I felt confused, unsupported, and uncertain about my future. Over the years, I tried birth control, supplements, and lifestyle changes—some helped temporarily, but many left me frustrated and searching for answers.
A serious health crisis later in life forced me to stop all hormonal treatments, and I found myself battling intense hot flashes, sleepless nights, and weight fluctuations on my own. The lack of medical support and understanding left me determined to find a better way forward.
Through trial, error, and perseverance, I learned that managing menopause requires more than quick fixes—it calls for compassion, accountability, and a personalized approach. My own journey of setbacks and resilience led me to a new calling: becoming a health coach.
Now, at 55, as a Health Coach (and soon-to-be board certified), I am dedicated to empowering women through their own menopause transition. Every woman’s experience is unique, which is why I provide personalized support, encouragement, and strategies to help you feel confident, healthy, and in control again.
You don’t have to navigate this journey alone—together, we’ll create a path that works for you.
