Sue provided validation & motivation. The most significant overall change I've noticed has been to keep doing what I'm doing. One thing at a time. I would recommend Sue to woman in Perimenopause, non-active, trying to kick the junk food.  I wish I met Sue in my 40's instead of 61. I struggled hard for 15+ years being dismissed by so many doctors regarding my perimenopause changes. Lab's look normal was the standard answer. My mental, emotional and physical health really took a toll. Thankfully I found breathing, meditation, reiki and drumming to help balance the depression. I had just had my first visit with a functional medical doctor when I met Sue. The things that Sue mentioned were not new, but it was validating to hear her repeat back the overall wellness approach. Mind, body, spirit. Thank you for your enthusiasm and encouragement.

Sue was able to help me work toward my goals by understanding how important it was to prioritize my health, so I am able to be there for others.  The biggest tangible change I've noticed since beginning the program has been making my health journey a priority.  Taking the time to schedule workouts and document what I eat so I am able to fuel my body.   The most significant overall change I've noticed has been being more intentional with what I eat and making time to work on my strength. 
Sue is a good listener and cheerleader.  She was able to get me to talk about my needs as she listened, and she celebrated my successes with me. Sue would be a great person for someone who had no idea where to start with their health journey. She was very professional.  I loved how she gave me reminders the day before our visits, and she would always follow up our visits with comments through text messaging and emails.  Sue got information to you in a very timely manner.  She was very easy to talk with and very supportive!!   :)

Sue was able to help me work toward my goals by using an app to track calories and protein intake, watch portion servings, increase water, additional exercise using dumbbells.  The biggest tangible change I've noticed since beginning the program has been increasing daily water intake and being aware of portion size.  The most significant overall change I've noticed has been committing myself to improve my health. Sue is a strong communicator and listener.
